Citadel Hall Gets Top Marks for Customer Service

Rachel Terry owner Chippenham’s The Citadel Hall, has once again received a 100 per cent rating for customer service in the annual independent SME assessment organised by the town’s BID team.

In 2018 Rachel and The Citadel Hall were assessed by a mystery shopper visitor and was one of only seven local businesses to receive this top rating.

In 2019 the assessment took place again, this time based on a customer focused phone call. The Citadel Hall again received a 100% rating and was one of just five businesses to achieve this.

Rachel said: “I feel proud, humble and grateful to have received this recognition for the second year. I try hard to make every customer experience unique. It’s lovely when regular customers tell me and my team we’re providing a good service and continue to come back.

“When I received the call I had no idea I was being assessed, I thought it was a normal call from someone hoping to use the venue for an upcoming event.”

The Citadel Hall opened in November 2012 and is now a regular venue in North Witlshire and beyond for all sorts of business, community and family events.

“I regularly host dancing and yoga classes, all sorts of meetings, workshops and a variety of family celebrations too. My customers are important and providing a good customer experience is what I always strive to do,” Rachel said.
