Make Your Own Houmous

Preperation time: Cooking Time:


5 mins prep time.
400 gram (14 oz) tin chickpeas
2 teaspoons Garlic Granules
2 tspns Smoked Paprika
1 tspn Ground Cumin
juice of ½ lemon
2 tblspns olive oil
2 tblspns tahini
50 mls water
Schwartz Sea Salt & Black
Pepper to season


Add all the ingredients to a food
processor or blender (excluding the water).
Blitz well until the mixture comes together, then slowly add the water. Pulse until smooth and
creamy. Season to taste. Serve with tasty carrot, cucumber and celery veggie sticks.
