Awdry Bailey & Douglas Are Preparing to Celebrate a Year Since the Launch of Their Swindon Office.

One of Wiltshire’s leading law firms, Awdry Bailey and Douglas have the champagne on ice as they are getting ready to celebrate a year since the launch of their Swindon office, 2 Gateway North.

The firm’s new office launched on 1st March 2021 and what a year it has been. Increased demand for their high-quality legal services has led to the firm recruiting a number of very talented individuals and expanding their initial operation to encompass the whole of the ground floor of 2 Gateway North, all 2,000+ square feet of it.

The office is conveniently located on Latham Road adjoining the B4534 Lady Lane and the A419 dual carriageway to the North of Swindon, with ample parking.

With dedicated car parking spaces available on site and being easily accessible from all parts of Swindon – via Junction 15 of the M4, the A419 in both directions and directly opposite the David Lloyd Health Club – the firm’s new office has proved to be very popular indeed.

From this office the firm provides advice and guidance on a wide range of practice areas including Agricultural Property, Business Law, Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Employment, Family Law, Land and Development, Litigation and Private Client services.

Resident Partner of the Swindon office, Tim Hotchkiss, who is also a member of ABD’s Management Board commented “It’s hard to believe that we are approaching the first year since the launch of our Swindon office. What an unprecedented year it has been! Our flexible and agile approach has enabled us to sustain a period of growth, whilst continuing to provide the first class, approachable client service we are renowned for and that our clients value.  Our recruitment drive of talented individuals to complement our exceptional team of lawyers and support staff is very much ongoing and it has been wonderful to oversee an office environment that is really flourishing.

We are delighted to be part of such a vibrant, innovative town and truly appreciate the opportunity to help and support local people, local businesses and the wider community.  We all look forward to another exciting year ahead.”
