Rotary Classic Car and Bike Run
In May 2023 the ‘Blues Brothers’ drove in the annual Classic Car and bike run – Will they be back or will another amazing duo be our guests?
This year’s Classic Car and Bike Run takes place on Sunday 19th May and will follow a 70 mile.
Classic Cars and Bikes start arriving at 8am at Calne Leisure Centre, SN11 0SP Car Park, with breakfast available and provided by Calne Lions. The best opportunity for the public to see all the cars and wave them off at the start is between 8am and 10am at Calne Leisure Centre.
The route will go through some of the finest Wiltshire countryside, with a coffee stop in the Orangery at Grittleton House, SN14 6AP, and finish at Dorothy House Hospice Care, BA15 2LE.
Dogs are welcome on a short lead and of course there are prizes for the Best Dressed Driver/Passengers, Cutest dog, Presidents Favourite Car and the best Teddy or other much loved toy.
The event is open to cars, motorcycles and light commercial vehicles that are 25 years or older. The number of entrants will be limited to 100 to prevent bunching on the route and to facilitate parking both before the run and at the coffee stop. Entry costs are £30.00 per car and £15.00 per motorcycle.
