Dorothy House Hospice Is Hosting an Afternoon of Live Music in Its Stunning Grounds on Sunday 1st September as the Summer Comes to a Close.

Kicking off at 2pm, the audience can expect fantastic music, amazing views and a great selection of food and drink vendors at the Hospice too. Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and folding chairs, to make the wonderful lawn at the Hospice a comfortable spot for the afternoon.

The event will be headlined by Tom Speight, who will provide an afternoon of fantastic music fit for the family. Among other accolades, Tom has had a BBC Radio 2 album of the week and The Official Independent Album Breakers Chard Number 1 Winner, both for his album Love & Light. Tom had this to say about performing on Sunday 1st September, “it’ll be a perfect day for the family and we’re going to raise lots of money for the charity!”

The Hospice is partnering with local company h2, a creative and digital design agency based in Bradford-on-Avon, who have brought their design and technical expertise to support the event.

All funds raised at the event will go to supporting the vital work Dorothy House does at the Hospice in Winsley near Bath and right across the 800sq miles where they support patients and families in their homes. It costs around £16.5 million a year to fund the Hospice and so every penny helps to deliver outstanding care for those facing a life limiting illness.
